Flexible Lower Back


坐胯,轉腰,圈襠步
Sitting the hips, twisting the waist, rounded crotch step

襠胯宜提緊,須玩兑澤之情*
Crotch and hips shall lift and keep tight, having to play in the swamp of passions 





Wiggling one's bum is the flexibility needed in one's lower backbone.


Wiggling one's bum while stepping is the real connection between the femoral head and the waist.

Folding and unfolding the waist lies in one vertebra flexibility.

When the waist is freed from the hipbones, it can twist making a cross with straight hips and shoulders on the side.

When the waist becomes totally independent, it can twist while keeping both hips and shoulders straight.

A rounded crotch for square hips.

The crotch rounds when the pelvis is aligned, the stomach recedes when the pelvis is rounded.

The buttocks tighten when the pelvis is rounded till alignment.

The lower back directs the side fascias strength.
