Before starting with the first one, just a few points to be clarified :

- What matters most is, of course, to try to understand the method, not the contents as developed.

- Those only reflect the present knowledge of the author as a way to illustrate how to grind old sayings. Hence, whatever will be written are just avenues of research only to be followed if the reader finds them opportune.

- To fully understand the method the readers should try by and for themselves to find useful interpretations for their own training of such sayings.

- To give time for reflection, brief posts will describe the saying from its most common meanings to more extended ones.
