A Connected Neck

龜縮頸,耕牛之力

頂要懸
The crown of the head is suspended

A connected neck improves direction and balance.

Haughty to stretch the neck back muscles.

The cervical vertebrae pull the lower back vertebrae.

Opening the jaws to stretch the neck connective tissues.

Inflating the neck to lock it.

The chin goes up but the cervical vertebrae remain straight.

The neck turns, the cervical vertebrae stay still*.

Looking up and down is the rotation of the ears.

The connection of the neck is in the straightness of the lower back.

*To be compared with The millstone turns, its pivot remains still "磨轉臍不動"
