First In, Last Out

後發先至,後發三至,後發後至
Shooting after, reaching first; shooting after, three reaching first; shooting from the rear, the rear reaching.

“Shooting after, reaching first” to be linked with “he doesn’t move, I don’t move; he moves, I arrive first”.

“Shooting after, three reaching first” to be linked with “hands, feet and eyes are the roots”.

“Shooting from the rear, the rear reaching” to be linked with “the power comes from the rear” and the notion of middle-door.

To be compared with “those who know don’t hit, they just move forwards”.

One can deflect and absorb while moving forward.

One has to harmonise hands, feet and eyes.

The back is round and the chest contained, the stomach is flat and the waist protudes, the chin retracts and the occiput raises.

後, “after, rear” as far as saying is concerned, has for radical 彳, small step, a hint for compact moves.

後 right part used to represent feet, , bound by a rope, , a hint for a certain way to tense the legs.

先三後, first three rears, three points on the body to be considered before anything else.
