The Way you Move

先看一步走,后看一出手
First watching the steps, then looking at the hand movements

The ones with clarity don't hit, they just move forwards*.

Three years posture, two years fist**.

The strength rises from the feet on the prerequisite the cinnabar field is full***.

Stepping gives away direction.

Posture and stepping come first in training.

Hands and feet arrive simultaneously.

Never looking at the opponents while fighting.

The opponents do what they want, I do what I have to.

*明人不出手,祇是往前走
**三年樁,兩年拳
***勁從足下起,還得丹田足
