One Centre, Six Extremities

勁從足下起,還得丹田足
The strength raises from the feet on the prerequisite the cinnabar field is full

掌心力從足心印
The force from the centre of the palms comes from the mark in the centre of the feet

One can only be as relax as his/her hands and feet are lax and as nimble as the waist is lest.

Rooting and balance come from straightening the cervical, the lower part of the lumbar and the sacral curves.

The head is the crow's nest, sacrum and coccyx the rudder and the waist the steering wheel.

Hands and feet inform, the waist decides.

Haughty and seated for a flexible centre.

Toes for the stomach, fingers for the lower back.

The pelvis is the centre of alignment, the inner waist the centre of the ballast, feet stick and hands balance.

Roots are below the waist, changes above.

Hands and feet expand to quarter the waist.
